These terms apply to use of the public website at assist.easyserve.ai. They do not replace a signed proposal, order form, statement of work, service agreement, channel-provider agreement or data-processing agreement for a production deployment.
Website purpose
This website explains EASY SERVE ASSIST and provides an interactive product demonstration. You may use it to learn about the product and contact EASY SERVE Communication.
Demonstration data
Accounts, people, B2C audience segments, activities, messages, performance figures, pipeline values and booking states shown in the public workspace are illustrative sample data. The demo has no live advertising-account access and does not represent live campaigns, guaranteed results or customer performance.
No automatic service activation
Submitting an enquiry, using the sample scheduler or creating a sample campaign draft does not activate messaging, purchase a service, create a customer account or bind either party to a commercial agreement.
Responsible use
You must not attempt to damage, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the website or its hosting environment; submit unlawful or malicious material; impersonate another person; or use automated systems in a way that unreasonably interferes with the service.
Product availability
Production features depend on a confirmed scope, suitable data and system access, advertising or channel-provider accounts, technical feasibility, regulatory and consent requirements, and applicable third-party approvals. The social growth workspace described as planned for late September 2026 is a roadmap item, not a currently available feature; its timing and scope may change.
Intellectual property
The EASY SERVE names, product identity, Siya artwork, website content and interface design are owned by or used under authority of EASY SERVE Communication, unless otherwise stated. These terms do not grant a right to reproduce the brand, artwork or website for another commercial service.
Third-party services
References to Meta, Google, CRM, calendar, messaging, advertising or automation platforms describe potential data sources or integration pathways. They do not imply endorsement or a live connection. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, technical limits, approvals, budgets and fees.
Information and warranties
The public website is provided for general product information. While reasonable care should be taken to keep it accurate, it is not a promise that every feature or integration is available for every deployment. Commercial commitments must appear in the relevant signed agreement.
