Form delivery and storage
The supplied website code sends valid enquiries to the configured EASY SERVE email address using authenticated SMTP or, when enabled, the hosting provider's email function as a fallback. It does not create a marketing database or save enquiry content in a website database. Hosting and email providers may retain technical logs or message records under their own configurations and policies.
Essential session cookie
The site uses an essential PHP session cookie to protect the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery, limit rapid repeat submissions, manage short-lived status messages and temporarily restore form fields after a validation or delivery error. Restored fields are removed from the session when the form page loads. The successful-submission cooldown is recorded only after an email is accepted for delivery. The supplied code does not configure advertising or analytics cookies.
Abuse-prevention records
To limit automated or repeated form use, the server creates a keyed one-way code from the connecting IP address and stores only that code with attempt and success timestamps. The raw IP address is not written to the application rate-limit files. These short-lived technical records are automatically eligible for deletion after 24 hours. Web-server and hosting logs may separately process IP addresses under the hosting provider's configuration.
Sharing and processors
Information may be handled by the website host, email provider and authorized EASY SERVE personnel for the purposes described above. It should not be sold through this website. Additional service providers must be documented here if they are connected after launch.
Retention
Enquiry emails and related business correspondence are retained only while reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
